GoHighLevel’s published subscriptions cost US$97, US$297 or US$497 per month. Your total depends on communications usage, optional services and how you deliver work to clients. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode; buying the entry plan does not unlock automated SaaS resale.
Subscription and add-on prices checked against HighLevel’s official pricing on September 9, 2026. The budget examples below use stated assumptions; they are not presented as invoices or forecasts.

HighLevel plans at a glance
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Main distinction |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | US$97 | US$970 | 3 sub-accounts and core tools |
| Unlimited | US$297 | US$2,970 | Unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access and phone/email rebilling without markup |
| Agency Pro | US$497 | US$4,970 | SaaS Mode, automated account creation, advanced API access and phone/email rebilling with markup |
HighLevel also offers a custom-priced Enterprise plan. Annual totals are charged on the annual billing basis; dividing them by twelve gives a monthly equivalent, not a monthly payment option.
Which plan should you choose?
Starter: for a business using the tools itself
Start here if the three-sub-account limit covers your requirements and you do not need the higher-tier functions. Count the business accounts you intend to run; do not assume the agency management view itself consumes a client slot.
Compare the cost with the subscriptions you can actually retire. An email platform, CRM or booking tool may still be needed if a required integration or workflow does not transfer. There is no universal $300–$500 saving.
Unlimited: for managing multiple client accounts
Consider Unlimited when the account limit or included agency functions justify the extra US$200 per month. The published pricing page distinguishes basic API access here from advanced API access on Agency Pro.
Choose the plan around required functionality and account count. “The third client” is not a universal financial break-even point: your fees, service workload and existing software costs determine that.
Agency Pro: for a repeatable SaaS offer
Agency Pro is the tier to evaluate when you want automated subscription onboarding and a configured software resale offer. Your customer’s price is separate from the subscription you pay to HighLevel.
See our SaaS Mode setup and margin guide for customer-package examples, billing checks and support responsibilities. Unlimited accounts do not mean unlimited free usage or unlimited profitable customers.
What costs extra?
Build a budget for the services you enable. Communications charges can depend on country, message segments, phone-number types, carrier fees and other conditions. AI and third-party services may use different billing models. Check the rate card linked from HighLevel’s pricing page and your account’s billing settings before quoting a client.
Selected optional prices listed on the official pricing page at the check date:
| Optional service | Published price | Budget implication |
|---|---|---|
| AI Employee Growth | US$50/month per sub-account | Multiply by enabled accounts. |
| AI Employee Unlimited | US$97/month per sub-account | Five accounts add US$485/month. |
| Branded client portal app | US$49/month per sub-account | Separate from the core agency subscription. |
| White-label mobile app | US$497/month | Evaluate separately from desktop branding. |
| Online listings management | US$30/month per sub-account | Include only where required. |
This is a selected list, not a complete invoice. Check taxes, payment processing, additional services and current contractual terms. A compliance-related add-on is not, by itself, proof that your entire business process meets a legal requirement.
Three illustrative monthly budgets
Use these as arithmetic examples. The usage amounts are planning allowances, not estimates of what a particular message volume will cost.
| Scenario | Assumptions | Platform, add-ons and usage budget |
|---|---|---|
| One business | Starter US$97 + assumed US$25 usage | US$122/month |
| Agency managing eight accounts | Unlimited US$297 + assumed US$180 combined usage | US$477/month |
| SaaS reseller with fifteen accounts | Agency Pro US$497 + five US$97 AI subscriptions + assumed US$300 combined usage | US$1,282/month |
These totals exclude tax, payment processing, acquisition, implementation and support. Actual invoices may be lower or higher. There is no evidence here for a universal “20–40% above the sticker price” rule.
In the reseller example, fifteen customers paying US$297 would produce US$4,455 revenue. Subtracting the US$1,282 assumed platform/add-on/usage budget leaves US$3,173 before all other expenses. It is not net profit, and every additional account creates potential costs as well as revenue.
How to control costs before you launch
- List enabled services by account. Record the plan, add-ons, usage allowances and who pays each charge.
- Review billing and wallet settings. Configure alerts and funding around expected use, then confirm what happens when funds or payments fail.
- Define customer allowances. Explain included usage, overages and support scope in your offer.
- Test one complete billing cycle. Check signup, account access, usage, rebilling, failed payments and cancellation using supported test methods.
- Review actual invoices. Replace your planning allowances with observed costs once you have real usage.
A cheaper plan that requires extensive manual work may not be the lowest total-cost choice. Equally, buying Agency Pro before you have a resale offer can add a subscription expense without solving an immediate problem.
Frequently asked questions
Does the US$97 plan include SaaS Mode?
No. The published SaaS Mode offering is included with Agency Pro.
Are SMS, calls, email and AI unlimited for one subscription price?
No. Distinguish access to platform tools from metered usage and optional subscriptions. Review the services you enable and their current rates.
Does every affiliate link give a 30-day trial?
No. The standard offer is 14 days. The separate extended offer linked here is presented as 30 days; confirm its current terms and included plan before signup.
Can I change plans?
HighLevel’s pricing page describes upgrades, downgrades and cancellation through the account. Check the effect on your existing accounts and features before changing tiers.
What does white-label pricing mean?
Separate branding the web experience, SaaS resale functionality and optional branded apps. They are not interchangeable purchases.
Choose the smallest plan that meets your operating needs
Use Starter for a suitable small account setup, Unlimited for broader client-account management, and Agency Pro when SaaS automation is part of a defined offer. Compare the full cost and responsibilities, not the subscription alone.
